OK, since he has gotten laid off in October, he's been working, but has been unable in the Michigan job market to find anything permanent and steady, or even anything that paid him what he is worth. Well, we've really been praying about it, and took a risk and spent some money we didn't really have at the time for him to get a couple of his Microsoft certifications. Within a week of adding them to his resume, he had 5 phone calls for interviews, and a company has already snapped him up! All of our stress and worries financially are GONE!!! The offer was fantastic, and they even told him they plan on him being management within a year. Insurance, vacation, travel bonuses, and it is with a Christian company. We couldn't have asked God for a more perfect place for Chris to work! He starts Monday.
Subbing is going great. I am about halfway into it right now, which means only 3 more weeks of school left! We're super busy though! The kids have stuff almost every night of the week, so the house is trashed because we have no energy left to clean it! Maybe tonight after softball practice??? lol
Just wanted to throw a layout in here too. I did it a couple months ago, but have been waiting to post it because I'm waiting on the newsletter to come out. Sorry Jeri, I've gotta post it, it was crying because it felt left out! I just love this one. It's my current favorite!
